Along with state-of-the-art workout equipment, our facility offers a relaxing hot tub, steam room, and wet sauna, providing the perfect balance of fitness and relaxation. Whether you’re maintaining your routine or finding new motivation in our scenic surroundings, you can recharge and rejuvenate before heading off to your next Kingsmill adventure.

Guests of Kingsmill Resort have full access to the Fitness Center. The Center has equipment, locker room, and showers. 

  • 193 brand new pieces of equipment
  • Life Fitness Cardio Machines - treadmills, elliptical machines, indoor bikes, and stair climbers
  • Hammer Strength weight lifting equipment
  • Dumbbells from one to 100 pounds
  • Flat, incline, utility benches
  • Access to fitness classes (based on space availability)
  • Several scenic running / walking paths

Room key required for access to the Fitness Center.
